Leading a Top IT Department
The Information Technology leadership off-site meetings are designed to inform, educate and inspire our influencers and decision-makers. Twice a year, this leadership group meets off-site to avoid distractions and take back the meeting messages to their teams. Most importantly, this is a great time to network and meet the staff you work with throughout the year and attach a name to a face.
The Aug. 28 meeting will contain critical updates along with a keynote presentation and break-out exercise with Martha Heller, a widely published thought leader and speaker on IT leadership. Martha is well known for her work with CIO.com, executive recruiting and her book, “The CIO Paradox: Battling the Contradictions of IT Leadership”. EVP/CIO Deanna Wise was a guest speaker for Heller in 2013 at an event in Los Angeles that focused on talent management.
